Indie/electronic artist Matthew Chaim is no new name to The Music Enthusiast blog, whereas I've interviewed him last March. From Montreal, QC, Chaim always thrives to do the best he can, and he kills it every time. Since his last release, Homemade, he's back with his first single of the new year; Sunflowers.
The song is a tribute to his father, who passed away when Matthew was young, with the meaning of sunflowers being his favourite flower. Sunflowers was made with the idea of a conversation between a father and son. With overlapping harmonies, and emotional lyrics, this single is one that everyone should hear.
