The three piece band from New York City, is back with yet again another album, that will blow your mind. Made up of Jack, Adam, and Ryan Met, the brothers wanted to create something different with this album. Something unique and what you wouldn't necessarily expect from AJR.
Earlier in March, the trio posted a album trailer on all their social medias, talking all about what the album is about and what inspired it. Jack Met compares making the album with the Goldie Locks story; “one was too much for her to handle, one was unsatisfying, and one was just right”. He explains how creating and album is nothing like that story, and how they “scraped everything”, to eventually make Neotheater.
The whole album is a rollercoaster of emotions; I found myself crying to songs, and some made me dance and sing along, but in the end, you'll probably find yourself speechless. AJR really killed it with this one, because you will definitely want to take a seat and enjoy the show in this theater (see what I did there ;) ).
